This collection of research was given to PCGS by Sherryl K. Burchett Florko, daughter of Dorothy Brewer Burchett Hopkins. This four box collection contains research done by Dorothy on the following families – Burchett, Brewer, Bristow, Burkett, Clayton, Crozier, Potts, Rice, Smith, Young, Hughes, Edge, Wortham and other allied families. The main focus of the research is on the Burchett and Clayton families. The research consists of census records, birth, marriage and death records, family group sheets and communication between Dorothy and others. There are also over 100 photos in the collection. They have all been scanned. The archivist made every attempt to keep the research in order according to the folders and notebooks in which the research was stored. Therefore, the contents of each folder listed below is as it was received.
