"School Enumeration Collection"

Each year between April 30 and May 15, the school board shall take or cause to be taken and forwarded to the county superintendent the enumeration of all persons resident with the district who are over six and under twenty years of age.

The following information may be included in the enumeration; Name of Parent or Guardian, P.O. Address, Name of Pupil, Sex, Race, Date of Birth, and Age when enumeration was taken.

Folders 1-13 are consolidated school records and/or records from other counties with students from Polk County in the school district. Folders 14-111 are Rural School Enumeration and are listed in alphabetical order, not numerical order.
